The parts squeeze together
The bumps on top of a brick are a tiny bit too big for the space they push into. The plastic bends the smallest amount and squeezes back. That squeeze is the grip.
The inside of BoomBrix makes the music. The outside has to hold on tight to your build — and still come off when you want to build something new.
Make a prediction
If the bump were a tiny bit too small, what would happen when you pick up your build?

Squeezed surfaces rub against each other. Rubbing fights sliding. So the brick stays where you put it until you pull on purpose.
Too loose and your build falls apart. Too tight and small hands cannot pull it apart. Engineers call the just-right grip clutch power.
Everything you just learned happens inside BoomBrix, the speaker that snaps onto your builds.
